Rosie said the vehicle looks great. It took quite a long time, though. It wasn't their fault. The adjuster wanted to use a questionable part. This caused a delay of about a week. The bottom line is her vehicle looks good. The rental car expenses added up to $120. Rusty was very nice. He did a good job. This large business is where she purchased her vehicle, so she stated she thought they'd stand behind their repair and that the paint would match right.
