Bill said Betty was the person who helped him with everything, from the estimate to the delivery. He said Betty is a super star and she is great in customer service and customer compassion. She did a great job. He said he owned his own auto repair business for 17 years and he would have hired Betty. When he spoke with the man who was going to paint his vehicle the man told him he was going to paint the panels. He told him the panels didn't have to be painted, only the hatch that was damaged in the accident. This vehicle was only 4 months old when his wife got into the accident that damaged the hatch. He said when his vehicle was delivered the paint didn't match. It was too light and the hatch was crooked. It would take three men to align the hatch correctly. He said he spoke with Betty and told her he is going to wait a month to see if the paint will cure. He will wax the vehicle in a month to see what happens with the paint color. He will return to this business after a month to have the hatch realigned and to have a possible paint job if the paint still doesn't match. He said the paint has garbage in it, but he chose not to elaborate. He is overall very impressed with this business and he would highly recommend all of their departments.
