David said he had purchased his vehicle from this business and there was stuff under the paint. His vehicle was covered by warranty. He took it back to them to have them buff it out. He wasn't particular about how they repaired it just as long as they fixed it. He picked up the vehicle but the paint looked the same. They shouldn't have tried to pass it off to him as though they fixed it. He then had them repaint it. The final repair was perfect. There was no estimate done. He was upset that when he originally purchased the vehicle from them he was told that the paint wasn't covered by warranty. He had to take the extra step to call GM. They told him that it was covered by warranty and all he had to do was take it in to have it inspected.
