Spoke with James. He said he was mislead as to when the vehicle would be ready. He drove out to get the vehicle on the Friday it was supposed to be ready, but it was not. He had to wait over a weekend for it. He did not elaborate as to the reason for the delay. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reason mentioned.
