Tawnee said when she first got her vehicle back she noticed the clocks had been reset. Later that night the battery died and left her stranded in a parking lot at 8:00 pm. She did not have issues with the battery before she brought the vehicle to the facility and she knows that the battery had been jumpstarted there and was not recharged. She was not contacted by the facility once during her repairs, she only got a call from them when the repairs were finished.
