Salvador said the customer service was horrible. They told him one thing when all along his vehicle was just sitting there for two months. He's taking the vehicle back because it's not working properly and the high beams stay on. They removed the alarm system and left it in the trunk. They did not set a due date, but he dropped the vehicle off on November 18th and just got it back on January 31st. He said he expected the repair to be done much sooner. He had to call them about the status of the repair because their updates were minimal. He didn't like the way he was treated or the communication because he kept asking questions and even the manager could not provide him answers. He would recommend the service department, but definitely not this facility. He said no one knows what they're doing.
