Carolyn said that when she picked up the vehicle there was front end damage. She said the fluid for the radiator was not replaced and also the transmission fluid needed to be replaced. The vehicle had to be towed back to the business because of the lack of fluids. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate, but she chose not to elaborate further.
