Charles said it was not the best of experiences. The guy was nice and said he would fix it in a week or so. Monday arrived, when it was supposed to be done and he said they put the Ford sticker on wrong. On Tuesday, they said it should be done soon. However, it was not done until Friday. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. The body work was not good. The trunk had a plastic piece hanging out loose and it was taped with electrical tape. Also, the bumper was not aligned. His vehicle was not ready when promised. They kept changing the ready time. It was several days late for reasons already mentioned. Because the vehicle was not ready when promised and the other issues, Charles will not recommend this business to others.
