Clayton said his vehicle was at the facility for over a month and he had to call them every three or four days to get information on the repairs. When he called he would be referred back to the web site which had not been updated. The website was updated after he spoke with the insurance company. The original time for the repair to be completed was changed without him being informed of the reason. He was not kept informed of the repair. He is not satisfied with their communication because he said they made him feel like he was bothering them whenever he called.
