Kathy said the person who picked up her vehicle was good. Certain parts were not forthcoming. They have ordered a compartment for the trunk, which is due to arrive in June. She was not given a promised date. She received updates two or three times a week. Her original estimator was rude and not thorough. She called and complained, so Dave Barton took over her repairs. When they ran into problems or delays, Dave would call, apologize, and explain. She was very pleased with this business, which makes her feel like a VIP. Dave Barton and Betty were fabulous.
