Lorraine said after the initial estimate this business found additional damage and it took the insurance company 2 weeks to get to this business in order to approve the work. When she picked up her vehicle she couldn't leave the parking lot because a tire was flat. They drove her vehicle across the street to the service department. They put her vehicle on a lift and determined that the air valve was loose, which caused the leak. The inspection took about 30 minutes. A couple of days after she got her vehicle home the same tire went flat again. This business sent over a wrecker that towed her vehicle back to the service department. They discovered a slow leak and patched the tire, and the tire has been fine ever since. Everything was great.
