Lesli said they had her vehicle for three months. One of the months was because the insurance company put a hold on it. The other two months were due to parts and other delays she is unsure about. She was never updated but she did get one call telling her the vehicle was ready. Then she got a text telling her the vehicle was on hold, so she had to wait until the person who was working on her vehicle came back from vacation.
