Angela said two days after she picked up her vehicle she was driving down the road and a whole bunch of wires fell on her feet. She was actually on her way to have speakers put in the vehicle at another business so they just fixed it for her there. There was another piece around the windshield that is hanging down with wires underneath so this business must have broken the clips. Although she was never given a promised time for her vehicle, every time they told her it would be done the next week, when she would call them to see if it was ready they kept saying another week. It ended up taking 41 days altogether. When she asked Dave what took so long, he told her it was because of the insurance company. She called the insurance company and they said the wrote them a check right away so it was not their fault it took so long. She ended up having to pay for 11 days on a rental vehicle out of her own pocket. She was very upset with Dave as he just didn't care at all. She had to call this business for information and would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned. The one thing she was impressed with was when she called this business for a tow truck to pick up her vehicle, they arrived within thirty minutes.
