Chris said he received a late call on Friday and was unable to pick up the vehicle before this business closed. Although he said the vehicle was ready when promised he wasn't able to pick it up until Monday because of the short notice. He was not satisfied with the communication because they called him at 4:45pm on Friday and told him that his vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes. They closed at 5:30pm and it was inadequate time for him to pick up the vehicle so he was stuck with the rental throughout the weekend.
