Horacio said he was fairly satisfied with the overall experience but it took a long time to fix his vehicle. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair. His vehicle was delayed by two months. He was told it would only be three weeks. There were part delays. He said he felt it took a long time. He was not kept informed during the repair process and he had to call to get updated. Most of the people treated him well, but the secretary had a bad attitude.
