Shanon said everything is working perfectly. He was not given a promise time, but the vehicle repair took 1 month and 1 week. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and there was no communication with the business during the repair process at all. He does not know why. He mentioned at one point he was without a vehicle for two weeks and did not know the status of his vehicle.
