Nikita was not satisfied with her overall service experience because this business did not fix the problem, but she still had to pay $100. The part did not come in initially and when it did come in, it was broken. She said she has to bring the vehicle back in and pay an additional $100 to have the work performed. This business did not provide her with a promised time. She said she was not satisfied with the way she was kept informed, the way she was treated and the communication because she had to wait for the manager to respond to her and they never called back. She would not recommend them based on this experience.
