Spoke with Hilda. She said she and her husband brought this vehicle in for repairs. Hilda stated she loves this business, and she loves The Lone Star Ford dealership so much she could do commercials for them. Hilda commented the person who helped her with everything was awesome. She thinks his name was Eduardo, but she's not sure. The person who helped her called her every other day with status reports to let her know what was going on with the vehicle. Hilda insisted her vehicle was ready when promised, even though when she went to pick it up they had forgotten to do a few things. She chose not to say what they forgot to do, but got the vehicle back the next day. Hilda pointed out her vehicle looks beautiful now. She added the person who helped her treated her very good.
