Spoke with Ashley. She said this business didn't contact her towards the end of the repair process. She shared that her vehicle was not ready when promised because it took 2 extra days due to them not repairing the vehicle correctly the first time. She was not kept adequately informed because she had to get ahold of them when her vehicle was ready and then they said they were open on a Saturday when they really weren't.
