Stacey said this business is unprofessional. They gave him a promise date of 1 week and due to several parts delay and for other reasons, the repairs took 2 months to complete. He had to call them during the repair process to stay informed. There was 2 different estimates done on his vehicle, the second one being a higher cost. He is unsure if he was satisfied with their communication with them because when he went to talk with them about the issues with the delays the lady at the front counter laughed in his face. He would receive calls saying that his vehicle was ready for pick up and when he would get there he was told that it was still being repaired. With the issues that they had with this repair he is unwilling to recommend them.
