Spoke with Matt. He said he spoke with the estimator, Francisco last Tuesday. He was told the repairs were approved by the insurance company. When he went to pick up his daughter's vehicle he was told they hadn't received the check from the insurance company yet and he could not take the vehicle until the repairs were paid for. He said he luckily had his credit card with him and he was charged $315 for the repairs. He said he was disappointed with the way this was handled. This business should inform the owner of the vehicle if there is a hold up with the payment before they go in to pick the vehicle up. The work was good, but there was a lack of communication.
