Pamela said it took almost 2 months for this business to paint her vehicle. None of the employees called and she was always calling them to find out where they were at. She got her vehicle back and it was dirty, having sawdust inside of it. She took it back to them about it not being detailed. Every time she called to check in on her vehicle, they told her they would call her back, but she was the one who had to call back. If they were upfront that they were waiting to buy parts or at least call her back, she would have been okay with the time it took. There were no return calls and it was frustrating. They had failed to pull something out before it was painted, but it is a small issue that one has to look for to see. Her vehicle was originally supposed to take 10 days. Some of the communication issues may not have been at the fault of her Jon. In one instance, the receptionist did not even give the message that she had called. She chose them because she wanted her vehicle repaired by a Ford-certified facility. In addition, they have a lifetime warranty on paint work.
