Spoke with Connie. She said Javier doesn't recommend the business because the vehicle still isn't fixed. The reimbursement check hasn't arrived for a month, and the business is not communicating. He had to return twice after the initial repairs, and all the work is still not done. She stated he is not satisfied with their communication because they did not return his messages. When he has shown up many times during his lunch break, they just make excuses. They said they would reimburse him because the rim they ordered doesn't match. Javier and Connie noticed it when they drove away the first time. The rim is not in good condition and Javier tries to drive slowly because something could happen to the rim on the way to work. He is waiting for the reimbursement check so he can buy another rim. In the beginning, the business kept them informed, but now there has been no contact. According to Connie, Javier got tired of going on his lunch break to check, so he is leaving it up to the business to call. She said he is not interested in apologies and he would like Jack to call him about what still needs to be done. He chose this business for two reasons. First, he thought they would seriously take care of customers. Second, they specialize in his type of vehicle.
