Nakeia said she rated her overall experience with them a 1. They didn't fix everything that was wrong with her vehicle. She wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair. This is her first accident. She was hit in the parking garage. She wasn't there when it happened. They said if she wants everything fixed it's going to have to come out of her pocket. Her vehicle was running fine before the accident. They said she needed a new rotor, but it was fine before the accident. They also said there was a screw missing. Her brakes were rubbing metal to metal. She just had them fixed 2 months ago. She is very upset with the whole thing. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. They said they would email her every day but she only received 1 email. They said her vehicle was driveable. After she got home the next day her vehicle was making noises. She didn't think it was safe to drive. She brought it back. She wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated. She went through hell to get a rental vehicle. She had no shop communication. No one explained what was done to her vehicle when she picked it up. The receptionist had an attitude. She wouldn't recommend them to others for all of the reasons mentioned.
