Robert said his vehicle isn't fixed yet and the timing was poor. He said they don't have the parts to perform the repairs. They told him they were having trouble getting the wheels and tires. He said if they had called him he could have told them where he bought the tires. They still haven't fixed the mirror. He said the mirror broke when it hit the side window, which also broke. He had to point the issue out to them. They returned the vehicle a week late and they called to say it was ready. He took off from work to get it and on his way they called and told him that it wasn't ready after all. When he got there he told them he was taking his vehicle. He said they had to order a new tailpipe. His son had problems with them when he took his vehicle in as well. He said he purchased his vehicle from this business, so he thought they would do a good job, but he was wrong. He was not kept informed during the repairs and they did not call him. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
