Della said her vehicle was ready 3 days late because they ordered the wrong part and needed more time to complete the work. She had to bring her vehicle back for two parts under the hood but they would only repair one of them. The other item under the hood was classified as wear and tear. Her vehicle was hit head on, so she didn't agree with the decision. She said it should have been fixed. She asked the estimator to contact her with a price for the part but she hadn't heard from him.
