Daniel said there was the following miscommunication with this business and his insurance. Daniel missed 3 days of work because this business told his insurance his vehicle was ready, but on all 3 occasions it wasn't ready. He got his vehicle back 3 days late without being given a reason. He wasn't satisfied with this business's communication because of the above issues.
