Mary said the vehicle sat for two months before this business did anything. The business told her they had to order parts and then they received the wrong parts. When she got the vehicle back she found that the fluids were gone. This business drained the fluids and did not replace them. She went to a lube business two days after the vehicle was returned to have fluids put in the vehicle. The vehicle was ready about 7 weeks late. This business did not call to inform her about the delay. This business did not call her to keep her updated and they did not return her calls. The personnel treated her like she did not exist. She will not recommend this business and she will not return. She said her family has purchased vehicles from this business for many years, but it has been her experience that the service department and the repair department are not as good as the sales department. This business owes her money and she is considering suing for the cost of her deductible.
