Jo said her experience was very frustrating. Her vehicle is a new 2012 Mustang and a security gate fell on the hood, hit the windshield and scraped the mirror. She was told they could restore the vehicle to brand new condition. Her vehicle was returned a day late because they had to do more work. There was a dent in the mirror and the buffer left swirls on the hood. She made two trips to pick up her vehicle because they told her it was done when it wasn’t. She asked them why they did not glaze the hood right away because the swirls needed to be removed. She had to ask the salesperson from this business to get involved and request for them to glaze the hood. She said there is still a scratch on the mirror on the rubber part and there are still swirl marks. She will never return to this business, nor will she recommend them to others as a result of this visit.
