Shirley said her vehicle wasn't ready when they said it would be. She had to go back and forth about the rental vehicle. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready on the 11th, but she didn't get her vehicle until the 13th due to a parts delay and she had to turn in her rental on the 11th. The communication between them and the rental business could've been better. She had to run back and forth to get the rental corrected because her vehicle wasn't ready like they said. Also, the business didn't call her until 4:00pm to say it was ready on the 13th. She had to quickly find someone to take care of her kids before they closed, which was an inconvenience.
