David said they did not do anything wrong. He did not have any communication from them until they called to say it was ready. They could have told him the length of time estimated. They left him a message at 9:00 am to let him know the vehicle would be ready at noon. He could not get there until 3:00 pm and at 3:00 pm, the insurance company called and told him he had one hour to get the rental vehicle in. They did not know if he got the message. He was satisfied with the repair, just not the insurance issue.
