Thank you to all the mechanics, my truck was fix right and quickly. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off. Again thank you.

They do their best to keep the cost down, they explain what was involved and they call before they start the repairs. Dereck is so hopefully and deserves 10 stars!

Spoke with Jeanne. She said the employees provided fantastic customer service. They provided the best service. They were polite. They treated her with respect.

Tire pressure light came on. Went to Sullivan Tire and was told I needed 3 Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors which made no sense that 3 would need to be replaced at same time. Went to Lowell Transmission and checked sensors and 1 needed to be replaced. Very honest at Lowell transmission.

Always do a great job.

Paul and his team worked very hard to help me out.
My car needed some work done that could have taken weeks but it only took a few days at the shop here.
Before anything was fixed, the shop reached out to get my authorization to go ahead with the fix.
This included a price each time which was very reasonable.
I want to thank Paul and his staff for all the continued help at LAT.

Steven said that the facility sold him a vehicle and he had to bring it back in because it had more than one problem.

I pulled in on my way to work to get my car inspected. They took my car in and had me wait in their waiting area. The service was good and timely. The only thing I didn’t get was the printout that my car actually passed the inspection but I got my new sticker.

Joe said that the experience was a good one. He had no problems with them at all.
