Thanh said she had a bad experience at this business. They did not do what they said they were going to do. The wheels on her vehicle were not repaired. She dropped off her vehicle on March 16, and was supposed to get her vehicle back in two or three weeks, but she did not get it back until May 14 because of a parts delay. They also changed the pick up time multiple times, which was very inconvenient. When she called to address the issue of her wheels, the person she spoke with gave her an attitude and said he did the wheels himself. He also told her she would have to bring the vehicle back in. She declined to bring her vehicle back in because she is uncomfortable with the experience. This business did an awful job and provided such a bad experience that she will never return, she will never buy a Honda again, and she will no longer recommend them.
