Christina said once her vehicle was returned to her, she was almost in tears because of how amazing the ending result was. They kept her vehicle for quite a long time. Her vehicle ended up taking two days longer than what they had anticipated but she was not given a reason for the delay. She would not mind if they needed an additional week, she is more concerned about the thoroughness of the repairs and how well the vehicle turned out. She did not deal with the estimate and instead the insurance had dealt with the entire payment process.
