Spoke with Scott. He said this repair took a long time because of hail damage. The vehicle was ready four weeks late because they found more damage and there were a lot of vehicles they needed to repair because of the hail storm. He said a small chrome piece was not replaced on the tailpipe. He said he understands that the business was very swamped by the enormous amount of work created by the hail storm.
