Eileen said overall she was happy with the way she was treated by the personnel. They were very patient and they worked with her. They gave her all the information she needed about the repairs. They only called to let her know when to pick her vehicle up. She did not receive any paperwork, she only received an estimate of damages over the phone. She said she did not have any problems with this business.
