Yuet said she was told her vehicle was only going to take 5 days, but it took over a month. The right side vehicle has a scratch on it and it is not smooth. She had to call a week later and they could not find her vehicle or the paper work. She did not speak with anyone at the facility, only the adjuster. He was rude and very unprofessional. She asked him if she had to sign any paper work, he told her he did not, and gave her the keys then left. They told her the called her but they were one number off of the right number. She left her cell phone number as well, but they did not try to call that number.
