Spoke with Tammy. She said her overall experience at this business was good. She was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the body work. She is not sure if it was due to a difference in parts, but the color of the air conditioning and stereo face plates were off, not matching. Julio, her estimator, was great at providing customer service. She chose them because she knew they were going to take care of her and she trusts them. She would not want any other facility repairing her vehicle, other than the partnering facility. Again, her only complaint is the color of the face plates. She is not sure if it differs from person to person, and it was not a big issue, but she wanted to bring it to their attention for future reference.
