Fred said he took his vehicle in to this business to get one thing repaired which they did repair but during repairs created another issue. He told the staff when he picked up his vehicle that they had caused damage and they told him that they could not get to his vehicle at the moment because they had other vehicles ahead of his. He said he felt his vehicle should have taken priority since they caused the damage. This business told him to bring his vehicle back in one month. He hopes they do not forget that they need to repair his vehicle. He thinks the staff was not genuinely concerned about the damage they caused and they could have been better. He was told they would call him but the call never came so he called this business but could not get ahold of anyone. He finally got a call on Friday to pick up his vehicle after waiting 1 week.
