Albert said the business addressed the issues with his vehicle and they repaired it in a timely manner. He was out of town so he did not have any interaction with the them but he appreciates Ken Thomas and Melissa Johnson for making his visit as hassle free as possible. While he was out of town he received a message that Ken was not happy with the repair work and he sent it back so he appreciates that Ken saved him the time by having it repaired correctly so he did not have to take care of it himself.
