Spoke with Lynne. She said her vehicle was ready when promised, although, there was a slight bit of confusion. She was told that her vehicle was ready, but then she was told it wasn't ready, because they were going to do some additional repairs. She told them not to worry about it, because she needed her vehicle, so they informed her that they could order the part at a later date and she could bring it back to get it installed. She mentioned that it all worked out for the best.
