Carol said this business did a really good job getting everything done and her vehicle looks really good. The woman at this business could have kept her better informed because she heard from the insurance company more than the business. Her vehicle was a couple days later than promised because the staff had to order other parts. The business thought the vehicle would be finished and then they realized it needed a whole new engine. She was not kept informed by the business during the repair process but she heard everything through the insurance company. She was not satisfied with the business's communication because it could have been better if someone contacted her.
