Yang said she was the one who constantly called to see what was happening and it was hard to get in contact with them. The person she was dealing with was temporarily out and if she didn't call about it, it would've taken much longer to get her vehicle back. No promised date was given as to when she could get her vehicle back. Her husband was trying to write a check, but he was told the check was bad. It was paid for by a credit card instead but an argument occurred about it. The reason she wouldn't recommend this business is because they didn't keep her updated well.
