Kathleen said there was a mix-up, but the person who was helping her was not at fault. She said she got her vehicle back several weeks late. The part that had been ordered was on backorder and after her advisor ordered the part he went on vacation. While he was on vacation the part came in, but this business installed the part in somone else's vehicle. She said found out about the issue when she contacted this business. After the representative got back from vacation she spoke with him and asked if the part had come in. He had no idea the part had been delivered and installed in another vehicle. He reordered the part and it took several more weeks to get the part because of the backorder. When the part came in it only took an hour to install. She said her vehicle was ready when promised because the installation took as much time as they told her it would. She was not satisfied with the communication because of the mix-up. The person who helped her was very nice and the issue overall, was not a big deal.
