Anjan said everything went smoothly. The front desk person was very courteous. Scott was cordial and cooperative. Scott explained everything to him and went out of his way satisfy him. He was very impressed. He would recommend them to others for their quality of work but if a customer pays out of pocket, the work might be too expensive. He suggested they should offer discounts to Honda owners who have to pay for repairs without insurance involvement.
