Pat said this business is the only one she takes her vehicle to for repairs. She has been a customer for 10 years. They have always done right by her. She waited an additional three days for her vehicle but was not told why there was a delay. She was not kept adequately informed on the progress or status of her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. She suggested they could have served her better if they had given her more progress reports, and if they had told her the work was going to be a four day job and not one day as she was told. They did a great job and she is convinced that she will purchase her next vehicle at their affiliated dealership.
