Keny said they ignored them while he was there. They made him bring his vehicle back three times and they all gave him different answers as to when his vehicle would be ready. They did not give him any paperwork. He was originally told that his vehicle would be ready in 7 to 10 days but it was done in 16 to 18 days. They had his vehicle for over 2 weeks and they did not give him a loaner vehicle. They needed confirmation from Honda before they were able to start any work. He set up the repairs with them 2 weeks prior and they did not work on his vehicle until the second week. They did not call him and he is not sure why. He had to call them to find out what was going on with his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the person that prepared the estimate because they didn't know what they were doing. He was not satisfied with how he was treated and the communication because of the reasons mentioned above. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
