Duke said this business did a really good job on the repairs to his vehicle. They had forgotten a screw but quickly acknowledged the mistake. They told him to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of the screw at no charge. He was not given a timeline and he was in no rush to get his vehicle back. He would like to thank Scott for all his help.
