Spoke with Sunni. He said the service he received was good but not the best. He said there was more than a week's delay because Honda shipped the business the wrong muffler. He said he receive one update on the website but that was it. He mentioned he thinks the website is a good idea but the business needs to use it. He had to initiate the phone calls in order to be updated on his vehicle's status.
