Leslie said she has only had good experiences with this business, from top to bottom. She has the utmost respect for Tim Dick, who is one of the most extraordinary people she has ever met. He is caring, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. Daniel Fredrick did the original estimate for her vehicle and performs alignment work. Both men provided a positive experience and made absolutely sure that everything she needed done or had questions about was completed and answered to her standards. She cannot say enough about the positive experiences she has had at this business and she is very appreciative of everything. They really care about their customers and that is shown by how the personnel interact with the customers. Her dome light went out prior to the repairs and her warranty would end before she could bring her vehicle to the service department. The whole staff is courteous and polite. While she was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came in and offered a ride to anyone who needed one. When no one spoke up, he asked one woman directly and she said she lived too far to get a ride. He found out where she lived and told her it would be no problem. They are caring and nice.
